Our Committee

Our Committee

The PACK committee is made up of unpaid volunteers who absorb the entire cost of administration. This means that all donations are used for the benefit of the children suffering from Burkitt’s Lymphoma. Local funds are raised at annual events in the Mombasa community. These include a hugely popular quiz night, a Christmas carol concert, charity film premieres and a toy collection campaign.

Our Committee

All committee members take turns to visit the hospital. Visits are made weekly to check the progress of our in-patients, record the visits of out-patients and to monitor the inventory of drugs. Through this we have built up a close and mutually supportive relationship with the doctors and nursing staff on the ward.
